Policies and measures to support the steady development of foreign trade
1. Second, actively support enterprises to participate in various exhibitions to catch orders。All localities actively use relevant funds such as the Special Fund for foreign economic and trade development to support enterprises to participate in various overseas self-organized exhibitions held by their own regions, other regions or trade promotion agencies and exhibition enterprises, and encourage localities where conditions permit to expand the scale of overseas self-organized exhibitions。All localities strengthen guidance, support enterprises to improve the service level and work enthusiasm of overseas exhibitors, and continue to improve the effectiveness of exhibitors。For employees of foreign trade enterprises who go abroad for exhibitions, negotiations and other business activities under the normal epidemic prevention and control, local foreign affairs and commerce departments and immigration management agencies should further strengthen service guarantees。(The local people's governments, the Ministry of Commerce, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Ministry of Finance, the Bureau of Immigration and the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade shall be responsible according to the division of responsibilities)
